Was das Programm macht

• Sehr schnelle Dateiübertragung zur PS5
  Spiele und Dateien werden extrem schnell über das Heimnetzwerk übertragen.
  Unterbrochene Übertragungen können fortgesetzt werden, statt komplett neu zu starten.
  Selbst riesige Spiele mit hunderttausenden Dateien brechen nicht sofort wegen kleiner Fehler ab.

  
  

• Upload-Warteschlange
  Man kann mehrere Spiele oder Images hinzufügen, auf „Start“ klicken und den PC allein arbeiten lassen.
  Die App zeigt:

  • aktuelle Geschwindigkeit
  • verbleibende Zeit
  • durchschnittliche Endgeschwindigkeit nach Abschluss

  Die Warteschlange bleibt sogar nach einem Neustart der App erhalten.7

  
  

• Direktes Mounten von Images auf der PS5
  .exfat- und .ffpkg-Dateien können direkt auf der PS5 eingebunden werden — ohne Zusatztools. Eingebundene Images bleiben auch nach Neustarts des Payloads erhalten.

  
  

• Dateibrowser für die komplette PS5
  Man kann:

  • Spiele anzeigen
  • Dateien durchsuchen
  • Laufwerke ansehen
  • Ordner erstellen
  • Dateien verschieben/kopieren/löschen
  • Rechte ändern (chmod)

  Auch große Löschvorgänge zeigen einen Fortschritt und können gestoppt werden.

  
  

• Hardware-Informationen anzeigen
  Zeigt:

  • Modell
  • Seriennummer
  • Laufzeit
  • CPU-Takt
  • RAM

  
  

  Zusätzlich gibt es eine Lüftersteuerung für leiseren Betrieb.
  Die Temperaturanzeige funktioniert je nach Firmware manchmal nicht zuverlässig.

• Beliebige Payloads senden
  Unterstützt das Senden von:

  • .elf
  • .bin
  • .js
  • .lua
  • .jar

  an verschiedene Loader-Ports der PS5.
  Frühere Uploads werden gespeichert und können erneut gestartet werden.

• Fake-PKGs installieren
  .pkg-Dateien können direkt installiert werden.

  Standardmäßig nutzt die App „Stream Install“:

  • Der PC liefert die Daten direkt an die PS5
  • Die PS5 installiert während des Downloads
  • Kein doppelter Speicherplatz nötig

  Falls das Netzwerk Probleme macht, gibt es einen alternativen klassischen Upload-Modus.

• Spiele registrieren und starten
  Vor dem Start wird das Spiel automatisch korrekt registriert.
  Beim Entfernen eines Images werden zugehörige Einträge sauber entfernt, damit keine „Geister-Icons“ im Dashboard bleiben.

Was das Programm NICHT kann

• System-Updates der PS5 installieren
  Bestimmte Sony-Systempakete (NPXS...) funktionieren damit nicht zuverlässig.
  Dafür soll stattdessen der offizielle Installer auf der PS5 genutzt werden:

  Settings → Debug Settings → Game → Package Installer

• App nach „Programme“ ziehen
• Beim ersten Start blockiert macOS eventuell die App wegen Gatekeeper

Windows

• ZIP entpacken
• PS5Upload.exe doppelklicken
• Keine Installation nötig
• Windows SmartScreen zeigt beim ersten Start evtl. eine Warnung

Linux

• ZIP entpacken
• Datei ausführbar machen:

chmod +x PS5Upload.AppImage

Danach starten:

./PS5Upload.AppImage
