Possible to add English translation to the forum boards please :)?

Am just wondering. If we use Free McBoot + uLaunchELF + HD Loader is it possible for us to use a software cheating system? Ie, make use of GameGenie/GameShark/CodeBreaker codes... without having the physical device... but running a software version of it because we are booting the game via uLaunchELF or HD Loader or Free McBoot.
