  • LV1/LV2 Peek and Poke CFW Patch Release

    Tut PS3 3.55CFW mit Lvl1 und Lvl2 P&P erstellen



    Today, in the wee hours of the morning, a dev by the name of Wutangrza, was successful in recreating flukes1's 3.55 peek poke CFW. As we reported the other day, flukes1 had successfully made a LV1/LV2 3.55 peek and poke enabled CFW. However, due to legal reasons he decided against releasing it. Wutangrza was successful in repeating flukes1's process and has released a very easy to use patch for the official 3.55 firmware. So what does this mean for the average user? It means that it is only a matter of time now, before apps like multiMan and others, will begin to work with this new CFW.

    Steps for Patching 3.55 Official Firmware on Windows by PSGroove.com


    Step 1


    Download the above files and extract them all into the same folder


    Step 2


    Open a command prompt, navigate to the folder where you extracted the above files, then type:

    bspatch PS3UPDAT.PUP PS3CFW.PUP Wutangrza-3.55.patch



    Step 3


    Delete PS3UPDAT.PUP


    Step 4


    Rename PS3CFW.PUP to PS3UPDAT.PUP and thats it! You now have an official 3.55 with lv1/lv2 peek and poke enabled


    You're now ready to install the PUP, make sure your console has 3.55 Official Firmware installed prior to flashing the peek and poke enabled version. You will need to install it from the Recovery menu. Also, after flashing the 3.55 peek and poke enabled CFW, you may then install Geohot's CFW. You will still retain lv1/lv2 peek and poke.

    JA ich habe das schon gelesen!


    aber ich kann dennoch elf dateien ausführen


    konnte ja dennoch das bios dumpen etc etc



    nun ist meine frage nur wie ich es am besten anstellen kann


    es zb in nur 3 schritten zu machen und nicht wie jetzt in zb 8 schritten


    ich hoffe ihr könnt mir folgen!

    SCPH-90004_BIOS_VX_PAL_230.BIN


    mc freeboot geht leider nicht


    aber ich kann es über Action Replay manuel starten und elf dateien ausführen


    Auch installieren geht auf MC



    nur starten geht nicht von MC



    was für möglichkeiten habe ich den nun


    gibts ne alternative?


    den elf files kann ich starten aber über umwege!

    Ich habe hier ne Ps2 fat stehen Mcboot wäre noch möglich was den datecode angeht


    nun zu meinem Problem


    Ich habe weder AR noch sonstige module


    Ich hab ne 16 mb speicherkarte nun zu meinem anliegen wie bekomme ich MC nun auf meine speicherkarte`?


    folgendes habe ich versucht


    ps2 aufgeschraubt damit ich mit dem ps1 Spiel gran Turismo nen wechsel trick machen kann


    nun habe ich aber das problem das ich keine elf Cd habe um über diese dann zb ulauncher zu starten
    wäre jemand so nett und würde mir dabei helfen

    kann ich nicht bestätigen


    ich nutze als android FroyoStone_Sense_V3.2


    und habe dann wie oben beschriben alles in den android ordner kopiert


    also bei mir funtzt Hermes 4 einwandfrei


    keine freezer und alle games laufen recht stabil und gut

    Installiert euch eun android eurer wahl ( ich habs mit nem Desire HD rom getestet) und macht dann folgendes

  • PSFreedom for Nokia N900 w/ Hermes v3

    Description:
    KaKaRoTo's PSFreedom enables unsigned code (homebrew, backups, etc.) on your PS3 using your Nokia N900. This version apparently works on Nokia N800 and N810 too.


    1. Download psfreedom.tar.gz, extract it, and copy the files to your N900 into /root.
    2. To enable, type: ./psfreedom-enable.sh
    3. Unplug or switch off your PS3 completely killing the power.
    4. Connect your N900 to your PS3 via USB.
    5. Boot your PS3 using the power button quickly followed by pressing the eject button.
    6. Now you should see Package Manager in the XMB allowing you to install and run unsigned code.
    7. To disable and return your N900 to normal, type: ./psfreedom-disable.sh

    ok folgendes


    welche version hast du installiert? mit ofer ohne gui`?


    also ich habe die gui version


    deinstalliere sie einfach mal installie psfreedom gui neu tausche in beiden ordnern die neue psfreedom siehe post 1


    dann startest du psfreedom das erste mal


    startest psfreedom wählst dann bd emulation


    und dann starte deine ps3 we gewohnt


    hatte am anfang auch das pob das ich den start vorgang mehrmals machen musste bvevor die ps3 debug war

    ok neuer versuche tauche die datei hier und hier


    Copy the file to
    opt/modu/omap1/
    AND
    opt/modu/power40/


    dann beende psfreedom starte es neu und starte dann die emulation wähle dann nochmals bd emulation


    versuche es bei gelegenheit mal mit dek open manager 1.13


    starte es drücke dann r2


    wähle f1 aus und starte es dann über app_home etc

    starest mit bd emulation


    nimmst am besten den open manager 1.16.2



    aktivierst dann mit r2 den patched modus und wählst in deinem fall F1 2010 von der internen hdd


    dann wirfst es dich auf das Xmb zurück


    dort startest du das game dann mit


    app_home/ps3game
