  • Booting 3.60+ Games from HDD

    Shortly after yesterday's True Blue update, the team sent word again that booting 3.60+ required games direct from the HDD is now possible -- no "special" or regular blank Blu-ray discs required, in fact no discs at all. But now the real question is: Is True Blue even necessary? With all these game/EBOOT patches coming out, like this and this, who needs a new jailbreak dongle? Don't get me wrong, True Blue could lead to bigger and better things, especially when/after it's reverse engineered ... plus patching games can get pretty dirty.

    Booting of all games designed for v3.6+ (up to v3.73) from BD-R discs and HDD
    Runs your existing games and new games up to v3.73 from HDD in conjunction with 'backup managers'
    (NOTE: 'Backup Manager' are not supplied with the dongle, end-user installs his choice of personal 'homebrew')

    Nach dem letzten Software Update von dem JB2 Dongel "True Blue" kann man die 3.60+ Spiele jetzt auch einfach von der Festplatte starten!


    Und die Frage ist halt ob man den Dongel jetzt überhaupt noch braucht. Wenn die findigen Leute den Softwarequellcode offen haben, wird es eine offene Software Lösung geben, wie damals mit dem JB1
