    In attachment are new readme (you can ignore bbc tags) and last version of odb_ps3_de.xml (please, check it - all spezial characters are replaced by <*>e).


    Readme it's very similar. In database all checksums are updated and some words corrected (as i think corrected ;d) in example: "e" in "erste" (e >> E) begin first sentence. Added some missing dots at the end of sentence etc.

    • You cannot flash your console by fake firmware. In first days of CFW on PS3, many bastards linked higher OFW as CFW and some people have been fooled by them, ending with non software downgradable OFW. This application protect you from such situation.
    • You cannot misleading one CFW with another, modified by someone else than author of this CFW. This application gave you confidence that scaned CFW is the release CFW, not modified by someone else.
    • You can transfer OFW/CFW directly to your USB device. It even detect if file system is FAT32 but not only! Also detect if this FAT32 is on MBR (which is only one support by PS3) or GPT and other not supported table format.
    • You can go to authors webpage if it's linked in database.
    • You can take more user friendly information about firmware (like properly working Trophy system, Cinavia DRM patched, protecting from ACT.DAT deleting etc.).

Q: Kann ich die Sprache wechseln?
A: Ja, die Sprache kann im Optionsmenu gewechselt werden.


Q: Wird die Sprache der Datenbank dann auch gewechselt?
A: Leider nicht. Jedoch kann die Sprache der Datenbank im Optionsmenu gewechselt werden, falls eine Übersetzung vorhanden ist.

    • Ihr könnt die Webseite des Autors besuchen falls diese in der Datenbank hinterlegt ist
    • Ihr könnt weitere nützliche Informationen, wie funktionierendes Trophysystem, Cinavia DRM Patch, Sicherheit vor ACT.DAT Loeschung usw. erhalten

    Bitte beachtet: damit der Custom Firmware Validator ordnungsgemäß funktioniert benötigt ihr das Microsoft .NET Framework [URL="http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17718"]Microsoft .NET Framework[/URL] in der Version 4.0 oder höher. 
Das Programm läuft unter Windows XP, Windows Vista und Windows7. Auf WinXP kann es Probleme mit SHA2 geben. Windows8 (Preview) wurde nicht getestet.
