Mit dem 3DSExplorer vom Dev elisherer könnt ihr 3DS Files öffnen und deren Inhalt und diverse weitere Informationen dazu anschauen. Außerdem könnt ihr damit videos zum 2D/3D MJPG AVI Format für den 3DS (die ihr z.B. direkt von YouTube downloaden lassen könnt) umwandeln.
Bei diesem Tool handelt es sich um eine Windows-Applikation, aber es läuft wohl auch unter Linux (Wine beta version 15 oder neuer). Unter Windows benötigt ihr .NET Framework 4.0 - das bekommt ihr bei MS.

Just compress your 3ds/cci/csu file into a 7z or zip (with any other file you want like nfo file)
Then you can open it from 3dsexplorer. But be aware that only the first cxi will be loaded and saving capabilities will not be available.
(3DSExplorer looks for the first file with the proper extension and reads the first 0x5000 bytes)
