4.updated toolbox for bc and semi-bc users to swap their emus

from starting, cobra uses psjailbreak type things which brokes compatibility with some games like ccapi for instance and syscall8.
you could toggle between cobra and non-cobra if you have a specific app giving you problem.

Iso wireless sync supported, mount iso with multiman and run it through ps2 classic placeholder(redirection).
if file /dev_hdd0/classic_ps2 present then redirection will be disabled and classics will run.
