    Hallo, ich hatte meine PS3 eingeschickt für ein neues Laufwerk. Auf ihr befand sich 4.46 1.0.1 Rogero. Die Festplatte habe ich nicht mit eingeschickt um ihr den Transport nicht zuzumuten. Der Verkäufter sagte mir nun er hat 4.50 von Ferrox geflasht.


    Frage: Kann ich nun einfach meine HDD wieder einbauen und die 4.50 von Ferrox auf der HDD installieren oder muss ich meine ganze HDD erst wieder formatieren dafür?

    Ja, die Festplatte kann so wieder in die Konsole eingebaut werden.


    NEIN, bei einer Systemaktualisierung muss die Festplatte nicht formatiert werden.


    Bei einer NOR Konsole muss eben die FW auf die Festplatte installiert werden welche auf dem NOR geflasht ist, bei Dir CFW FERROX 4.50.

    Ja, es kommt eine Meldung das eine Systemsoftware 4.50 der höher installiert werden muss.


    Dann eine FAT32 formatierten USBStick mit der Firmware (PS3UPDAT.PUP) in den USB Port einstecken & den Aktualisierungsvorgang starten.


    Die CFW muss in das Rootverzeichniss des USBSticks in diese Ordner PS3/UPDAT/PS3UPDAT.PUP

    Danke, hat einwandfrei geklappt. Noch den Multiman auf die neuste Version geupdatet, dann hat der auch wieder richtig funktioniert.
