SWITCH FIRMWARE 6.2.0 RELEASED

    Nur was heisst das im prinzip für leute die was ne unpachbare switch haben? das es cfw immer geben wird egal was die tun? oda das die einfach ne möglichkeit gefunden haben das im moment der chip auch verschlsselt ist.... versteh mich nicht falsch aber aus sicht vom enduser bring der SX Dongle im moment ja nichts da wir ja den nur für die CFW brauchen

    Aktuell geht auf KEINER 6.2.0 eine CFW egal welches Modell ob alte Serie oder neue!


    Auf den (alten) Modellen (die unpatchbaren) wird immer ein Patch (Payload) laufen, aber aktuell eben keine CFW, da die Verschlüsselung in einem Bereich liegt wo wir auch mit unseren NICHT PATCHBAREN Mainboards eben NICHT rein kommen. ;)


    Nintendo hat hier großartige arbeit geleistet - Hut ab!

    Man kann dieser Schlacht auch aus dem Wege gehen, in dem man derzeit einfach nicht auf 6.2.0 updatet!

    Ja da hast du recht, bin mal gespannt wie lange Team Xecuter dafür braucht das anzupassen, mann hört ja nichts vom status

    Es sollte aber immer noch die möglichkeit bestehen lakka zu booten, wenn man auf 6.2 geupdatet hat. Damit können man dann wenigstens noch Emulatoren benutzen oder liege ich da falsch?!

    Ich würde sagen im Moment ist das ganze doch gar nicht "so" schlimm.
    Bis 6.1 läuft doch alles noch Super und 6.2 braucht man ja im Moment nicht.Einfach erstmal keine Spiele Updaten und dann läuft doch alles weiter.
    Wer seine Konsole selbst auf 6.2 bringt der ist so schlimm es auch klingt ,selbst schuld.
    Es wird überall und immer bei welcher Konsoe es auch sein mag IMMER davor gewarnt voreilige Firmwareupdates zu installieren wenn man CFW nutzen möchte!
    Ich denke mal die Profis sind schon am Arbeiten und werden sobald es etwas brauchbares gibt Bescheid geben.Solange müssen wir sowieso abwarten.
    Aber man kann doch alles nutzen bis jetzt .
    Das ist meine Meinung dazu.

    Was bringt es Upzudaten wenn man Blackscreen hat oder die Exploits nicht laufen :(


    Ich denke das Big N selber gesagt hat stopp smash bros kommt und xecuter bringt ebenfalls nichts, das traurige ist habe für den lizens bezahlt ( und versprochen wurde every firmware )


    Wie jeder auch den lizens bezahlt hat :/


    Ob CFW 6.2.0 jemals kommt ?

    TX ist ja dabei eine Lösung dafür zu finden und es wurde auch von Seiten TXs vor dem Update auf 6.2.0 gewarnt. Steht auch überall dick und fett zu lesen.


    Hier einmal eine Erklärung von TX zur Problematik mit dem 6.2.0 Update:


    When Nintendo pushed firmware update 6.2.0 they also permitted banned consoles to accept the update so those using CFW that had stealth mode disabled were prompted to update as well.


    Anyone who accepted the update now has 8 burnt efuses which means you will not be able to downgrade your console back to any lower version. Please do not attempt to downgrade your console under any circumstance, as you may end up bricking it.


    If you try being sneaky and update to 6.2.0 without burning your efuses, Nintendo also prepared for that as checks have now been implemented to verify the proper efuse burns for the installed firmware version, and if the check fails, the console will stop booting leaving you in a bit of a mess.


    There are a lot bigger "technical changes" that have taken place as well.... including a new secure bootchain with a new master key. Getting around these new changes will take some time and work is in progress.


    Anyone who has updated to 6.2.0 is advised to stay offline if you have any interest in using CFW in the future.


    If you had set up emunand before performing the 6.2.0 update on your sysnand then you may still be able to use your emunand, but you will have issues with the console coming out of sleep mode due to the new checks that have been put in place when the console resumes.


    6.2.0 will not work in emunand, don't try this. There is no reason to try this.


    Anyone who has NOT taken the 6.2.0 update yet, you should also keep your console offline. If you are using stealth mode, that should protect your console from seeing and downloading the update. It is best for everyone to just stay offline for now until more information is made available.

    Ja das kannst du noch verwenden. Allerdings ist das mit mehr Aufwand verbunden, da du danach zunächst nicht ins Horizon (OFW) booten kannst. Wenn dieser Backup nicht "clean" ist, würde ich ein neues Nand-Backup vom aktuellen sysNand anlegen. Das andere würde nur Sinn machen, wenn dein altes Backup von einem sauberen sysNand erstellt worden wäre.

    Wenn du nicht vor hast, jemals von den Nintendo Online-Services Gebrauch zu machen, spielt es ohnehin keine Rolle, ob das Backup sauber ist oder nicht. Die Hauptsache ist, dass du überhaupt eins hast, falls es mal zum Exitus kommen sollte.
